Several fantastic things about my experience. First, my multiple interactions with Roger were all A+! He has a way of explaining car issues that is very informative and he made sure I understood without being condescending. He was even graceful when I was flabbergasted at the incredibly reasonable price to fix my issue. Second, I took my car in a day early from my appointment and Dave got looked at it the same day! A dealership would never. Diagnosed and fixed a whole day ahead of schedule. Third, WOW what reasonable pricing! I almost feel bad considering how amazing my experience was. Dave and his team were straightforward and honest when quoting a price for changing fluids and filters, and diagnosing a strange suspension noise. They were also able to find replacement front suspension parts for my rare sport sedan quickly, and they all pitched in to get my car done on the same day. I'm very pleased with Jensen Service (no relation btw) and will use their services in the future!

I generally in times past fixed my own vehicles but have been looking for a trustworthy place to take vehicles to as I get older and the cars get more complicated. I had them work on my Honda and they were very prompt, fair and they communicate a lot better than many other places I've tried. I'll have them do more work when I need it and I've tried a bunch of places with mediocre results. Jensen delivered, nice place with nice honest folks.

I took my truck to Jensen because my truck wouldn't start so I got it towed there. These guys are super respectful and honest. The inertia switch was tripped for the fuel pump. 250 bucks later back on the road, very pleased.

The techs put it on the rack and did pressure tests for the other issues. They fixed them. Didn't just throw parts at the issue. No crazy diagnostic fees. Straight forward, good service. Phenomenal. We were traveling through Omaha when our alternator went out on our Suburban. The owners Mike amd Dave went out of their way to provide same day emergency service and even went the extra mile proving a ride back to my hotel. I just can't say enough good things about Dave and Mike Jensen and their amazing team. A true generational family business with decades of experience (and we've been taking our cars there for a couple of those decades!), these guys are always honest and incredibly thorough. On one occasion, they researched the repair they were doing on my Buick and discovered an old service alert that meant I could possibly get reimbursed for some of the repair. They helped me submit the paperwork and remained available throughout the process until my refund was successfully processed. They didn't have to do that, I already paid them. But that's the kind of personal service and attentiveness you get from them. Highly recommend!

Jensen Service & Diagnostic is very trustworthy. Our 2011 Toyota Corolla was leaking oil. The dealership said it would cost $2,142 to repair. We sought a second opinion from Jensen Diagnostic. They said it was a minor repair....basically it just needed an oil change for $37. It was completed the same day and hasn't leaked oil since. Jensen Service & Diagnostic saved us more than $2,000! We are very grateful.

I have to give the guys a Jensen a giant shout out. My dealer told me my car required a brake job and quoted me $1900. I thought this sounded steep so declined and took the car over to Jensen to get it repaired, knowing it would be less and the job would be done right. To my surprise I receive a call and they told me my car did not required repair for a least another 15,000 miles. Jensen, thank you for your honesty. I will be back in 15,000 miles!

We moved down to Missouri almost 8 years ago but still come back to visit family. We used Jensen Service before we moved, due to their honesty and always being upfront (if something needed to be repaired but didn't need it right away they would tell you upfront) we still come back to them if we have an issue that can wait till we get here. Let me start off by saying, I am not the type to go out of my way and write a review period. But the experiences I have had with Jensen Service are outstanding and even enjoyable! I know...who says that about their mechanic right... Finding a good, honest mechanic has been near impossible in my experience. And for those of you that are reading this review I am sure you have as many horror stories as I do... But the horror stories have come to an end. I have been taking my vehicles to Jensen Service for more than 3 years now and I will NEVER take my vehicle to another place. The whole experience from the beginning to end has been outstanding. You feel like family in a sense of the constant communication from Roger up front to the brothers Dave and Mike in back. I have had Jensen do extensive work such as: the whole front end of my truck replaced (I may or may not have drove up a retaining wall in an ice storm last winter:)), to an oil pressure switch installed, an even simple oil changes. The service and experiences have been TOP SHELF every time. So, save yourself the time it will take reading any other reviews or trying to find the right mechanic, because you wont find any place that compares to Jensen Service & Diagnostics.

Found Jensen based on some internet searches looking for any good reviews. Jensen seemed to get great reviews so I tried it out. Ultimately very impressed. They did a thorough look over the car. I told them what I thought was wrong. They checked and said it was all fine, just scheduled maintenance needed. They took the time to them show me what the scheduled maintenance would prevent using diagrams. I felt they wanted me to understand what they were recommending. They were accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and particularly enjoyed that while I was waiting, I observed them interacting with customers by name who we're obviously long time customers. That is a good sign in my book.
